More about your Therapist
I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about what inspired me to start my virtual therapy practice—and why supporting others on their healing journey has become my true passion.

My Story
My journey began in Jamaica at the age of nine. From an early age, I found myself confused by how differently people could behave, especially when faced with emotional or mental challenges. I witnessed mental health struggles without fully understanding what was happening or how I could help—and that left me feeling helpless.
Over time, I discovered that I had a natural ability to listen. I found myself offering advice to older family members, and they listened. That experience planted a seed in me. Years later, I find myself doing exactly what I was drawn to back then—supporting others.
What began as confusion and curiosity about human behavior grew into a deep desire to understand people’s struggles. This led me on a personal and professional journey of studying, learning how to offer support, and giving back to those who feel lost or in need of guidance.
Through it all, I’ve come to realize that everyone has a story and a beginning. My own journey became a search for safe spaces, deeper understanding, and healing—not just for myself, but for others as well.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in empathy, acceptance, and a nonjudgmental attitude. I strive to create a welcoming environment where people can feel seen and heard. I hope to continue supporting others by practicing empathy in every session, helping guide individuals toward greater self-acceptance and understanding.
