At Talk it Through Therapy, LLC, compassionate, personalized care is at the heart of everything we do. Trudy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Florida and Indiana, brings 17 years of expertise in mental health and substance use treatment to her practice. Her warm, collaborative style empowers clients to find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Trudy's therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths-based. She believes in meeting you where you are and helping you recognize your inner strength. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based models-including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and eclectic therapeutic methods-Trudy customizes her work to support your individual journey.
